Hi, I’m Anne Ngo Hagbe

I’ve been there.

I know how it feels.

And by walking the walk, I know 3 things for sure

We are all gifted. However, the way we work and the way many schools are built do not allow people to discover their purpose sooner. So that they become great and artists at one thing. And enjoy more of their working hours.

We don’t need to know how we will do it. We just need to dream, imagine how it looks like and, start creating it. Impetus is the #1 thing you need. Purpose discovery is a process before it becomes a journey.

Your purpose is your first companion for years now. It uses your intuitions, your creativity, your inner joy and even your fears. You’ll see the beauty of it afterward. On the other side of limiting beliefs and fears.

How can you manifest your purpose?
By building things from scratch

Deciding with the heart so that you can live joyfully.

I’ve never had a career plan. I’ve always been in pursuit of fulfillment. What nourishes the soul. How to turn a dream job into a reality.

How deciding with the heart made me expand my comfort zone

  • In 2003, I joined a United Nations’ agency in Geneva (Switzerland) as a strategy consultant, with a 2 weeks contrat only. At the end, I worked there for 2 years and half.

  • In 2006, I accepted another dream job as a trade policy analyst in Brazzaville (Republic of Congo), working with government officials. I flew to Africa because I wanted to be in the field and challenge myself again.

  • When I quit my last job in a leading group in Paris, I promised my self that I will no more quit a job. I knew at the core that empowering people is what I love the most. I did not know that before, I must empower myself first. Know the self, deeply and all the shades. Know what I am capable of. How far am I ready to lose, to fail, to accept rejections. And face my limiting beliefs, my fears about freedom, money, destiny, abondance and, purpose. One step at a time.

  • I invested my own money to support and implement the creative ideas I had for the people I wanted to serve, at that time, very small businesses in developing countries. I learned by building things, failing and experimenting new ways. Recognizing small successes, learning through the years and living serendipity brought me here. What I know, I know it by living it. By experience.

Trusting your intuition. Being curious to know what will happen if you just do it.

Intuition has been guiding my life for years now. Mainly my work. I kind of follow an invisible path. I know the answers I need can pop up anywhere. Sometimes by watching a video. Or waiting for the train. Or reading a book. And more often listening to people. Questions pave the way so that you remember your purpose. Easily.

Intuition is the simplest path to purpose:

  • It ruled all my jobs and shaped my mission in this life.

  • It helped me capture hidden lessons from the experiences that looked overwhelming.

  • It made me brave enough to be myself and share what I’ve learned.

The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.
